उत्पन्ना च भवे भक्तिरनन्या सर्वभावत: । भाविन: कारणे चास्य सर्वयुक्तस्य सर्वथा,भाग्यसे जो सर्वसाधनसम्पन्न हो गया है, उसको जगत्के कारण भगवान् शिवमें सम्पूर्णभावसे सर्वथा अनन्य भक्ति प्राप्त होती है
utpannā ca bhave bhaktir ananyā sarvabhāvataḥ | bhāvinaḥ kāraṇe cāsya sarvayuktasya sarvathā ||
វាយុបាននិយាយថា៖ «នៅក្នុងអ្នកដែលបានពេញលេញដោយគុណសម្បត្តិគ្រប់ប្រការ ភក្តីភាពកើតឡើងដោយមិនរំលង—ដោយចិត្តទាំងមូល និងឯកតែមួយ—ចំពោះព្រះសិវៈ អម្ចាស់ជាមូលហេតុនៃលោក។ ភក្តីភាពនោះមកជាមួយអត្តភាពទាំងស្រុង មិនទុកទីឲ្យមានការចែកចិត្តឡើយ»។
