Transliteration
evaṁ sa rājaśārdūla nṛpaḥ śāntanavas tadā
Translation
វៃសម្បាយណៈបាននិយាយថា៖ ដូច្នេះហើយ ឱ ស្តេចដ៏ខ្លាំងដូចខ្លាឃ្មុំក្នុងចំណោមស្តេចទាំងឡាយ នៅពេលនោះ ព្រះអធិរាជនៃវង្សសាន្តនុ បានប្រព្រឹត្ត (ឬបាននិយាយ) តាមនោះ។
