वाहिता सर्वभूतानां निलयश्व विभुर्भव: । अमोघ: संयतो ह्ुश्वो भोजन: प्राणधारण:
vāhitā sarvabhūtānāṁ nilayaś ca vibhur bhavaḥ | amoghaḥ saṁyato hy aśvo bhojanaḥ prāṇadhāraṇaḥ ||
ព្រះវាយុទេវៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ព្រះអង្គជាអ្នកទ្រទ្រង់សត្វទាំងអស់ ជាជម្រកអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍របស់សត្វគ្រប់ប្រភេទ សព្វវ្យាបី និងជាគោលការណ៍នៃសត្តា។ អំណាចមិនដែលបរាជ័យ មានសីលសម្រិតសម្រាំង បង្ហាញជារូបសេះដ៏ថ្លៃថ្នូរ ជាអ្នកផ្តល់អាហារ និងជាអ្នកថែរក្សាព្រលឹងដង្ហើមជីវិតក្នុងសត្វទាំងអស់»។
