अध्याय १६ — शङ्कर-उमा-वरदानम् तथा तण्डि-स्तुतिः (Śaṅkara–Umā Boon-Granting and Taṇḍi’s Hymn)
नूनमद्य कृतार्था: सम नून॑ प्राप्ता: सतां गतिम् । यां गतिं प्रार्थयन्तीह ज्ञाननिर्मलबुद्धयः
nūnam adya kṛtārthāḥ sma nūnaṁ prāptāḥ satāṁ gatim | yāṁ gatiṁ prārthayantīha jñāna-nirmala-buddhayaḥ ||
ព្រះវាយុបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ថ្ងៃនេះពិតជាយើងបានសម្រេចបំណងហើយ; មែនហើយ យើងបានទៅដល់ស្ថានភាពដែលអ្នកមានធម៌បានទៅដល់។ គោលដៅដែលអ្នកប្រាជ្ញ—អ្នកមានបញ្ញាបរិសុទ្ធដោយចំណេះដឹងពិត—ប្រាថ្នាចង់បាននៅក្នុងលោកនេះ នោះយើងបានទទួលបានដោយប្រាកដ។ ដូច្នេះ ថ្ងៃនេះយើងពិតជាក្លាយជាអ្នកសម្រេចកិច្ចហើយ»។
