एष वाणीकृतो देवि धर्म: सेव्य: सदा नरै: । शुभ: सत्यगुणो नित्यं वर्जनीयो मृषा बुचै:

Transliteration

eṣa vāṇīkṛto devi dharmaḥ sevyaḥ sadā naraiḥ | śubhaḥ satyaguṇo nityaṃ varjanīyo mṛṣā budhaiḥ ||

Translation

ព្រះមហេស្វរៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ ទេវី! នេះហើយជាធម៌ដែលកើតឡើងដោយវាចា។ មនុស្សគួរអនុវត្តវាជានិច្ច។ អ្នកប្រាជ្ញគួរនិយាយពាក្យមង្គល និងពាក្យពិតជានិច្ច ហើយបោះបង់មិថ្យា»។
