Viṣṇu-sahasranāma—Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry and Bhīṣma’s Recitation (विष्णोर्नामसहस्रम्)
न तेषां विषम किंचिन्न दु:खं न च कण्टका:
na teṣāṃ viṣama kiṃcin na duḥkhaṃ na ca kaṇṭakāḥ
ព្រះយមរាជមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ សម្រាប់ពួកគេ មិនមានអ្វីខុសឆ្គង ឬអាក្រក់ឡើយ—គ្មានទុក្ខសោកសោះ ហើយក៏គ្មាន “មុតចាក់” គឺឧបសគ្គឈឺចាប់ណាមួយដែរ។
यम उवाच
That those who have attained the righteous goal (through dharma) experience a condition free from adversity: no suffering and no painful impediments—symbolized by “thorns.”
Yama is describing the state or realm enjoyed by certain persons (implicitly the virtuous), emphasizing its complete absence of distress and obstacles.
