यदन्नं नाभिजानाति यद् भोज्यं नाभिनन्दति । भक्ष्यं वा यदि वा लेहां तत्सव॑ वर्जयाम्यहम्
yad annaṃ nābhijānāti yad bhojyaṃ nābhinandati | bhakṣyaṃ vā yadi vā lehyaṃ tat sarvaṃ varjayāmy aham ||
ភីស្មាបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «អាហារណាដែលម្ចាស់របស់ខ្ញុំមិនទទួលស្គាល់ថាសមគួរទទួលយក និងអ្វីៗដែលគាត់មិនពេញចិត្ត—មិនថាជាអ្វីដែលត្រូវខាំញ៉ាំ ត្រូវបរិភោគ ឬត្រូវលិទ្ធ—អស់ទាំងនោះ ខ្ញុំក៏បោះបង់ដូចគ្នា»។
भीष्म उवाच
