Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ ព្រះអម្ចាស់នៃមនុស្ស! បុរសប្រាជ្ញាដែលប្រាថ្នាការរីកចម្រើន គួរឲ្យរស់នៅជានិច្ចក្នុងផ្ទះដែលសាងសង់បានល្អ—ផ្ទះដែលបានចាប់ផ្តើមសាងសង់ក្រោយពេលធ្វើពិធីបូជាវាស្តុ (Vāstu) ដោយព្រះព្រាហ្មណ៍ ហើយសាងសង់ដោយជាងមានជំនាញ»។
