नहुषोपाख्यानम्—दीपदान-धूप-बलीकर्म-प्रशंसा

ब्रह्मणा राजशार्दूल यथापूर्व व्यरोचत । राजसिंह! भगवान्‌ ब्रह्माके द्वारा देवरराजके पदपर अभिषिक्त हो शतक्रतु इन्द्र फिर पूर्ववत्‌ शोभा पाने लगे

brahmaṇā rājaśārdūla yathāpūrva vyarocata | rājasiṃha! bhagavān brahmaṇā devarājasya padapar abhiṣiktaḥ śatakratur indraḥ punaḥ pūrvavat śobhāṃ prāpa (vyarocata) |

ភីṣ្មៈបានមានព្រះវាចា៖ «ឱ សត្វខ្លាដ៏ល្អប្រសើរនៃព្រះរាជាទាំងឡាយ! ដូចមុន គាត់បានភ្លឺរលោងឡើងវិញ។ ឱ សត្វសិង្ហនៃព្រះរាជាទាំងឡាយ! ពេលព្រះព្រហ្មាដ៏មានព្រះគុណ បានអភិសេកគាត់ឲ្យកាន់តំណែងជាព្រះរាជានៃទេវតា នោះឥន្ទ្រៈ—អ្នកបូជាយញ្ញៈមួយរយ—បានទទួលសោភ័ណភាពដើមវិញ»។
