FAQs

By defining yuga and sandhya measures, the verse frames kāla (time) as a regulated cosmic principle under Pati (Shiva), helping devotees situate Shiva-pūjā and dharma within the larger Shaiva cosmology.

Implicitly, it presents time (kāla) as an ordered power within creation, pointing to Shiva-tattva as the governing Pati who transcends yet regulates cosmic cycles that bind the pashu through changing yugas.

No specific pūjā-vidhi is stated; the takeaway is kāla-viveka—discernment of time—supporting disciplined observance (niyama) and steadiness in Pāśupata-oriented sādhana across changing cosmic conditions.
