रागलोभात्मको भावस् तदा ह्याकस्मिको ऽभवत् विपर्ययेण तासां तु तेन तत्कालभाविना

rāgalobhātmako bhāvas tadā hyākasmiko 'bhavat viparyayeṇa tāsāṃ tu tena tatkālabhāvinā

នៅពេលនោះ ចិត្តដែលមានរាគៈ (ការចាប់ជាប់) និងលោភៈ (ការលោភលន់) ជាសារធាតុ បានកើតឡើងភ្លាមៗ។ ប៉ុន្តែសម្រាប់ពួកគេ សភាពនោះត្រូវបានបម្លែងត្រឡប់វិញដោយចលនាដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងពេលវេលានោះឯង ពេលកាល (kāla) បានបង្វែរស្ថានភាពរបស់ពួកគេទៅជាផ្ទុយ។
