अमुकगोत्राणामस्मत्पितृपितामहप्रपितामहानां सपत्नीकानामिदमन्नपानादिकमक्षय्यमस्त्विति पित्रादिब्राह्मणहस्ते तिलजलदानम् / अस्त्विति ब्राह्मणो वदेत् / एतन्मातामहादीनामक्षय्यमाशिषः / ॐ अघोराः पितरः सन्तु गोत्रं नो वर्धतां--दातारो नो ऽभिवर्धन्तां वेदाः सन्ततिरेव च / श्रद्धा च नो मा व्यगमद्बहुदेयञ्च नो ऽस्त्विति / अन्नञ्च नो बहु भवेदतिथींश्च लभेमहि / याचितारश्च नः सन्तु मा च याचिष्म कञ्चन / एताः सत्याशिषः सन्तु

«សម្រាប់ត្រកូល (ឈ្មោះ) ឪពុក ជីតា និងជីទួតរបស់យើង ព្រមទាំងភរិយា សូមឱ្យការប្រគេនអាហារ និងភេសជ្ជៈនេះមិនចេះអស់មិនចេះហើយឡើយ»។ ដោយពោលដូច្នេះ ត្រូវប្រគេនទឹកល្ងដល់ដៃព្រាហ្មណ៍។ ព្រាហ្មណ៍ត្រូវឆ្លើយថា៖ «សូមឱ្យបានសម្រេចដូចបំណង»។ នេះគឺជាពរជ័យដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ៖ «ឱម! សូមឱ្យដូនតាមានចិត្តមេត្តា។ សូមឱ្យត្រកូលរបស់យើងរីកចម្រើន។ សូមឱ្យសទ្ធារបស់យើងមិនថមថយ ហើយយើងមានទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិបរិបូរណ៍ដើម្បីចែកទាន។ សូមឱ្យយើងមានអាហារបរិបូរណ៍ និងទទួលបានភ្ញៀវ។ សូមឱ្យមានអ្នកមកសុំជំនួយពីយើង ហើយសូមឱ្យយើងកុំបីត្រូវទៅសុំជំនួយពីអ្នកណាម្នាក់ឡើយ»។
