सांवत्सरं पुंसवनं व्रतमेतदविप्लुतम् । धारयिष्यसि चेत्तुभ्यं शक्रहा भविता सुत: ॥ ५४ ॥
sāṁvatsaraṁ puṁsavanaṁ vratam etad aviplutam dhārayiṣyasi cet tubhyaṁ śakra-hā bhavitā sutaḥ
កശ്യបមុនីបានបន្តថា៖ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកអនុវត្តពិធីដែលហៅថា «ពុំសវន» នេះដោយសទ្ធា យ៉ាងត្រឹមត្រូវគ្មានខ្វះខាត យ៉ាងហោចណាស់មួយឆ្នាំ អ្នកនឹងប្រសូតកូនប្រុសដែលមានវាសនាសម្លាប់ឥន្ទ្រ; ប៉ុន្តែបើមានកំហុសក្នុងការរក្សាវ្រត កូននោះនឹងក្លាយជាមិត្តរបស់ឥន្ទ្រ។
