एक एव चरेद्भिक्षुरात्मारामोऽनपाश्रय: । सर्वभूतसुहृच्छान्तो नारायणपरायण: ॥ ३ ॥
eka eva cared bhikṣur ātmārāmo ’napāśrayaḥ sarva-bhūta-suhṛc-chānto nārāyaṇa-parāyaṇaḥ
ភិក្ខុសន្យាសីគួរធ្វើដំណើរតែម្នាក់ឯង ពេញចិត្តក្នុងអាត្មា មិនពឹងផ្អែកលើនរណា ឬទីកន្លែងណា។ គាត់គួរជាមិត្តសុចរិតចំពោះសត្វទាំងអស់ ស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ និងជាភក្តិដ៏បរិសុទ្ធដែលពឹងផ្អែកលើនារាយណៈ ដោយរស់នៅដោយបិណ្ឌបាតពីផ្ទះទៅផ្ទះ។
