श्रीभगवानुवाच वरं वृणीष्व न: कामं वरदेशा वयं त्रय: । अमोघं दर्शनं येषां मर्त्यो यद् विन्दतेऽमृतम् ॥ १९ ॥
śrī-bhagavān uvāca varaṁ vṛṇīṣva naḥ kāmaṁ vara-deśā vayaṁ trayaḥ amoghaṁ darśanaṁ yeṣāṁ martyo yad vindate ’mṛtam
ព្រះសិវៈមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ចូរជ្រើសរើសពរមួយ។ ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកប្រទានពរ យើងបី—ព្រះព្រហ្ម ព្រះវិស្ណុ និងខ្ញុំ—ជាអ្នកប្រសើរ។ ការទស្សនាយើងមិនដែលឥតផលទេ ព្រោះគ្រាន់តែបានទស្សនា មនុស្សមរណៈក៏ទទួលបានអមតភាព។
