इति तूष्णीं स्थितान्दैत्यान् विलोक्य पुरुषोत्तम: । स्मयमानो विसृज्याग्रं पुच्छं जग्राह सामर: ॥ ४ ॥
iti tūṣṇīṁ sthitān daityān vilokya puruṣottamaḥ smayamāno visṛjyāgraṁ pucchaṁ jagrāha sāmaraḥ
ដូច្នេះ អសុរ បានឈរនิ่งស្ងៀម ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងនឹងបំណងរបស់ទេវតា។ ព្រះបុរសោត្តមៈបានមើលឃើញពួកគេ ហើយយល់ចិត្តគំនិត ក៏ញញឹម។ ដោយមិនចាំបាច់ពិភាក្សា ព្រះអង្គបានលែងផ្នែកខាងមុខ ហើយកាន់កន្ទុយពស់ភ្លាមៗ; ទេវតាទាំងឡាយបានតាមព្រះអង្គ។
