Mantra 2
तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य । योऽस्य द्वि॒तीयो॑ व्या॒नस्तद॒न्तरि॑क्षम्

Of that Vrātya: the Gods move in circuit with one and the same intent. For this, verily, is the Year: the Seasons, in ordered succession, go round about both the Vrātya and the Year.
Mantra 9
तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य । यदा॑दि॒त्यम॑भिसंवि॒शन्त्य॑मावा॒स्यां चै॒व तत् पौ॑र्णमा॒सीं च॑

Mantra 10
तस्य॒ व्रात्य॑स्य । एकं॒ तदे॑षाममृत॒त्वमित्याहु॑तिरे॒व
Of that Vratya—this one thing of theirs is immortality, so, men say: it is aid indeed.
Here the Vrātya is presented less as a social outsider and more as a cosmic person/principle whose pervading breath (Vyāna) constitutes and orders the world.
It uses bandhu (correspondence) logic: Earth is the most immediate, all-supporting ‘field’ of pervasion, so it is identified with the Vrātya’s first Vyāna to sacralize space and ground sovereignty.
It frames deathlessness as a practical protective power: knowing/reciting the Vrātya’s unity and pervasion is treated as a stabilizing, safeguarding force for the community and its order.
