daṇḍābhāve ca dhruvaḥ kośavināśaḥ.

Translation

ហើយនៅពេលគ្មានអំណាចបង្ខំ ការបាត់បង់ឃ្លាំងទ្រព្យគឺជារឿងប្រាកដ។
