जनपददुर्गव्यसनयोर्दुर्गव्यसनमिति पाराशराः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२४ ॥

Transliteration

janapada-durga-vyasanayor durga-vyasanam iti pārāśarāḥ.

Translation

រវាងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយនៃជនបទ និងគ្រោះមហន្តរាយនៃបន្ទាយ គ្រោះមហន្តរាយនៃបន្ទាយធ្ងន់ធ្ងរជាង—ដូចដែលពារាសរៈបាននិយាយ។
