Sutra 27

समर्थं तद्विदो विनयेयुः ॥ कZ_०१.१७.२७ ॥

samarthaṃ tadvido vinayeyuḥ

អ្នកជំនាញក្នុងវិស័យរៀងៗខ្លួន គួរបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកដែលមានសមត្ថភាព (ព្រះរាជបុត្រ/អ្នកស្នងរាជ្យ) ឲ្យមានវិន័យ និងអាកប្បកិរិយាល្អ។
