यथा चण्डालोदपानश्चण्डालानामेवोपभोग्यो नान्येषामेवमयं राजा नीचो नीचानामेवोपभोग्यो न त्वद्विधानामार्याणामसौ राजा पुरुषविशेषज्ञः तत्र गम्यतामिति मानिवर्गमुपजापयेत् ॥ कZ_०१.१४.१० ॥

Transliteration

yathā caṇḍālodapānaś caṇḍālānām evopabhogyo nānyeṣām evam ayaṃ rājā nīco nīcānām evopabhogyo na tvadvidhānām āryāṇām asau rājā puruṣaviśeṣajñaḥ tatra gamyatām iti mānivargam upajāpayet

Translation

As a caṇḍāla’s drinking-water is fit only for caṇḍālas, not for others—so this king is base, fit only for base associates, not for nobles like you. That other king is a judge of men; go there—thus one should suborn the proud set.
