अपूर्वस्य संधेः सानुबन्धैः सामादिभिः पर्येषणं समहीनज्यायसां च यथाबलमवस्थापनमकृतचिकीर्षा ॥ कZ_०७.६.१९ ॥

Transliteration

apūrvasya saṃdheḥ sānubandhaiḥ sāmādibhiḥ paryeṣaṇaṃ samahīnajyāyasāṃ ca yathābalam avasthāpanam akṛtacikīrṣā

Translation

«នយោបាយដែលមិនទាន់អនុវត្ត»: ស្វែងរក (លទ្ធភាព) នៃសន្ធិសញ្ញាថ្មី ដោយប្រើឧបាយទាំងបួន (ការសម្របសម្រួល ការផ្តល់អំណោយ ការបំបែកបំបាក់ កម្លាំង) រួមជាមួយវិធានរងរបស់វា; ហើយចំពោះអំណាចដែលស្មើ ទាប ឬខ្ពស់ ក៏ត្រូវធ្វើឲ្យពួកវាស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្ថានភាពសមស្របតាមកម្លាំងរបស់ខ្លួន។
