Transliteration
daivata-svasti-vācaneṣu tat-parā āśiṣo vācayet
Translation
ក្នុងពេលអំពាវនាវដល់ទេវតា និងពេលប្រកាសពរជ័យជាសាធារណៈ គាត់គួរឲ្យគេប្រកាសពរជ័យដែលផ្តោតទៅលើគោលបំណងនយោបាយ/បុគ្គលដដែលនោះ។
