palahīne hīnadviguṇo daṇḍaḥ
Translation
បើខ្វះទម្ងន់មួយបល (pala) ពិន័យគឺទ្វេដងនៃបរិមាណដែលខ្វះ (គឺពីរដងនៃការខ្វះខាត)។
