dvādaśapaṇam amudro jānapado dadyāt

Translation

អ្នករស់នៅក្នុងដែនគោក (មិនមែនអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរតាមសមុទ្រ) គួរបង់ប្រាក់ដប់ពីរ​បណៈ សម្រាប់លិខិតអនុញ្ញាត។
