पत्तनाध्यक्षनिबद्धं पण्यपत्तनचारित्रं नावध्यक्षः पालयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.०७ ॥
Transliteration
pattanādhyakṣanibaddhaṃ paṇyapattanacāritraṃ nāvadhyakṣaḥ pālayet
Translation
អធិការទូក ត្រូវអនុវត្ត និងថែរក្សាបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាណិជ្ជកម្មកំពង់ផែ និងទំនៀមទម្លាប់ដែលអធិការកំពង់ផែបានកត់ត្រា/ចុះបញ្ជី។
