Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ត្រូវបង្កើតកន្លែងឆ្លងទន្លេដែលត្រូវបានរារាំង/គ្រប់គ្រង ដើម្បីបង្កឲ្យអ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្តប្រឆាំងនឹងព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ខ្លាច និងពិបាកក្នុងការឆ្លងដោយលួចលាក់។
