हिंस्रिका निर्घातयेत् अमित्रविषयातिगाः पण्यपत्तनचारित्रोपघातिकाश्च ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१२ ॥

Transliteration

hiṃsrikā nirghātayet amitraviṣayātigāḥ paṇyapattanacāritropaghātikāśca

Translation

ជនល្មើសប្រភេទលួចលាក់/ប្លន់ប្រហារ គួរត្រូវបានបង្ក្រាប៖ អ្នកដែលលួចឆ្លងចូលដែនសត្រូវ និងអ្នកដែលរំខានដល់ផ្លូវ និងទម្លាប់ដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងទីក្រុងកំពង់ផែ។
