Transliteration

pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

ឬម្យ៉ាងទៀត អ្នកដែលមិនត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យធ្វើដំណើរដោយសេរី (អ្នកត្រូវបានកំណត់) គួរផឹកតែក្នុងផ្ទះស្រារដ្ឋប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
