महोपकारमुच्छुल्कं कुर्याद्बीजं च दुर्लभम् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.३१च्द् ॥

Transliteration

mahopakāram ucchulkaṃ kuryād bījaṃ ca durlabham

Translation

គាត់គួរផ្តល់ស្ថានភាពមិនគិតពន្ធ (លើកលែងអាករ) ដល់ទំនិញ/សេវាកម្មដែលផ្តល់ប្រយោជន៍សាធារណៈយ៉ាងធំ ហើយគាត់ក៏គួរចាត់ទុកគ្រាប់ពូជដែលកម្រជាទំនិញអាទិភាពដែលត្រូវការការគ្រប់គ្រងពិសេសផងដែរ។
