तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

នៅពេលដែលទំនិញណាមួយក្នុងចំណោមទំនិញដែលត្រូវកំណត់/ហាមឃាត់ទាំងនោះត្រូវបាននាំចូល ការលក់របស់វាត្រូវធ្វើតែខាងក្រៅ (ច្រកព្រំដែន/ស្ថានីយ) ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយត្រូវលក់ដោយមិនគិតពន្ធ។
