पुत्रभ्रातृबन्धुषु सामदानाभ्यां सिद्धिरनुरूपा पौरजानपददण्डमुख्येषु दानभेदाभ्यां सामन्ताटविकेषु भेददण्डाभ्याम् ॥ कZ_०९.७.६८ ॥
putra-bhrātṛ-bandhuṣu sāma-dānābhyāṃ siddhir anurūpā paura-jānapada-daṇḍa-mukhyeṣu dāna-bhedābhyāṃ sāmanta-āṭavikeṣu bheda-daṇḍābhyām
ជាមួយកូន បងប្អូន និងសាច់ញាតិជិតស្និទ្ធ គួរស្វែងរកជោគជ័យឲ្យសមស្របដោយការសម្របសម្រួល និងការផ្តល់អំណោយ។ ជាមួយប្រជាជនក្នុងទីក្រុង ប្រជាជនជនបទ និងមន្ត្រីសំខាន់ៗផ្នែកបង្ខំប្រើអំណាច គួរធានាជោគជ័យដោយការផ្តល់អំណោយ និងការបំបែកបំបាក់។ ជាមួយសាមន្ត (អធិការក្សត្ររង) និងជនជាតិព្រៃ គួរឈានដល់ជោគជ័យដោយការបំបែកបំបាក់ និងកម្លាំង។
