शत्रुप्रतिवेशस्यानुग्रहः कोशदण्डाभ्यामनर्थोऽनर्थानुबन्धः ॥ कZ_०९.७.१८ ॥

Transliteration

śatruprativeśasyānugrahaḥ kośadaṇḍābhyām anartho'narthānubandhaḥ

Translation

ការគាំទ្រអ្នកជិតខាងរបស់សត្រូវ—ដោយប្រើទាំងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរដ្ឋ (កោស) និងកម្លាំង (ទណ្ឌ) — គឺជាការខូចខាត ហើយនាំឲ្យមានខូចខាតបន្តទៀត។
