Transliteration

śivaṃ vā somavāreṇa śuklāṣṭamyāṃ viśeṣataḥ | śayane bodhane viṣṇuṃ samyakchraddhāsamanvitaḥ

Translation

あるいは月曜日、とりわけ白分の第八日（アシュタミー）にはシヴァを礼拝すべきである。また、ヴィシュヌの「眠り」と「目覚め」の行法の時には、正しく堅固な信をもってヴィシュヌを礼拝すべきである。
