Transliteration

dhautavastraṃ samādāya paṃcakacchena dhārayet | uttarīyaṃ ca kiṃ caiva dhāryaṃ sarveṣu karmasu

Translation

清く洗い清めた衣を取り、五重にたくし込む作法（pañcakaccha）にて身にまとうべし。さらに上衣（uttarīya）をも掛けよ。かくのごとき正しい装いは、あらゆる聖なる作法において保たれるべきである。
