これらの神々、また他の神々によっても、天上の装身具と武器をもって讃えられ、しかるべく崇敬された女神は、勝利の轟く哄笑を、雷鳴のごとく幾度も幾度も高らかに響かせた。

The verse highlights Śakti’s awakened, victorious power: when the devas honour the Goddess with divine aids, her resounding roar and laughter signify the triumph of dharma and the manifest (saguṇa) energy through which Śiva’s grace acts in the world.
In Śaiva understanding, Liṅga worship centres on Śiva as Pati, while Devī is His inseparable Śakti. This scene supports saguṇa devotion: devotees revere Śiva together with Śakti, recognizing that divine protection and cosmic order are upheld through their united presence.
A practical takeaway is to worship Śiva-Śakti with upacāras (offerings) such as ornaments/flowers and to repeat the Pañcākṣarī mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” with bhakti, cultivating fearless inner steadiness as a sign of Śiva’s protecting grace.
