तस्मान्मच्छासनाद्विष्णुस्सृष्टिं साक्षाद्धि नूतनाम् । विधाय मनसोद्दिष्टां तत्सिद्धिं यच्छति ध्रुवम्

Transliteration

tasmānmacchāsanādviṣṇussṛṣṭiṃ sākṣāddhi nūtanām | vidhāya manasoddiṣṭāṃ tatsiddhiṃ yacchati dhruvam

Translation

ゆえに、わが命令によって、ヴィシュヌはまさに直接に新たな創造を顕現し、（定められた創造者の）心に思い描かれたとおりにそれを形づくって、その成就を必ず確実に授けるのである。
