ज्योतिर्लिङ्गमाहात्म्य-प्रस्तावना तथा सोमनाथ-प्रसङ्गः

सोमलिंगं नरो दृष्ट्वा सर्वपापात्प्रमुच्यते । लब्ध्वा फलं मनोभीष्टं मृतस्स्वर्गं समीहते
somaliṃgaṃ naro dṛṣṭvā sarvapāpātpramucyate | labdhvā phalaṃ manobhīṣṭaṃ mṛtassvargaṃ samīhate
ソーマ・リンガ（Soma-liṅga）をただ拝見するだけで、人は一切の罪から解放される。心の望む果報を得て、死後は天界の境地に至り、シヴァの恩寵のもと吉祥なる解脱へと進む。
