ज्योतिर्लिङ्गमाहात्म्य-प्रस्तावना तथा सोमनाथ-प्रसङ्गः

यदि गर्भं जहातीह गृह्णामीत्यब्रवीत्पुनः । गर्भे मया पुनस्तत्र त्याजिते मुनिसत्तमाः
yadi garbhaṃ jahātīha gṛhṇāmītyabravītpunaḥ | garbhe mayā punastatra tyājite munisattamāḥ
彼はさらに言った。「もしここで胎児を捨てるなら、私は再び彼女を受け入れよう。」そしてその場で胎児がまた捨てられたとき、ああ最上の聖仙たちよ、（彼はそれを再び取り上げた）。
