kīrtitāstāḥ kalāścaiva pādayorapi hastayoḥ | prāṇe śirasi bāhvośca kalpayetkalpavittamaḥ

Translation

かくして、定められた観想に通暁する賢き行者は、それら同じ神聖なるカラー（kalā）を足と手にも心中に安置し、またプラーナ（生命の息）と頭部、さらに両腕にも配すべきである。
