akāraṃ pūrvamuddhṛtya brahmātmānamathācaret | ṅeṃtaṃ namoṃtaṃ hṛdaye viniyujyāttathā punaḥ

Translation

まず音節「A」を引き出し、ブラフマンを自己のアートマンとして観想する修習を行う。ついで心臓のうちに、ニヤーサ（nyāsa）によって微妙なる音「ṅeṃ」と「namoṃ」を順序正しく再び安置せよ。
