प्रणवमहिमा — The Greatness of the Praṇava (Om) as Śiva
एवंविधोपासकस्य मल्लोकगतिमेव च । मत्तो विज्ञानमासाद्य मत्सायुज्यफलं प्रिये
evaṃvidhopāsakasya mallokagatimeva ca | matto vijñānamāsādya matsāyujyaphalaṃ priye
愛しき者よ、このように礼拝する帰依者は、わが御身の世界へと入る。さらに、わたしより真の解脱の智を得て、サーユジュヤ(sāyujya)—わたしとの合一—という果を成就する。

Significance: Defines the soteriological goal: entry into Śiva-loka and attainment of sāyujya through Śiva-given vijñāna—read in Siddhānta as grace-mediated liberation (anugraha) overcoming pāśa.

It declares the culmination of Shiva-upāsanā: the devotee is led to Shiva-loka and, by Shiva’s direct bestowal of vijñāna (liberating realization), attains sāyujya—intimate communion with the Lord as the final fruit of grace.
In the Shiva Purana’s devotional framework, worship of Saguna Shiva (often through the Liṅga) ripens into Shiva’s anugraha (grace): the Lord grants realized knowledge, by which the devotee transcends bondage and reaches Shiva-loka and sāyujya.
The verse points to steady upāsanā that culminates in vijñāna; practically, this aligns with regular Shiva worship with mantra-japa (especially the Pañcākṣarī), meditation on Shiva, and disciplined devotion that invites Shiva’s grace.
