Transliteration

jāyate na hi sandeho netareṣāmiti śrutiḥ | śivabhaktivihīnānāmiti tattvārthaniścayaḥ

Translation

まことに、このことには疑いは生じない—シュルティはかく宣言する。だが他の者にはそうではない。これが定まった真理である。シヴァへのバクティを欠く者は、究極義の確信も、求むる霊的果報も得られない。
