वामदेव उवाच । भूतसृष्टिः पुरा प्रोक्ता कलादिभ्यः कथम्पुनः । अन्यथा प्रोच्यते स्कन्द संदेहोऽत्र महान्मम

ヴァーマデーヴァは言った。「先に、衆生の創造はカラー等の諸原理から生ずると説かれた。しかるに今、なぜ別の仕方で説かれるのか、スカンダよ。この点について、我が内に大いなる疑いが起こった。」
