Transliteration

paramātmānamapi ca praṇavādyaṃ namoṃtakam | caturthyantaṃ japitvā'tha saktumuṣṭiṃ pragṛhya ca

Translation

次いで、「オーム」に始まり「ナマハ」に終わる聖なる句を、与格として――至上の自己にさえ捧げつつ――ジャパして唱え終えたなら、その後、麦粉（サクトゥ）を一握り手に取って握りしめるべきである。
