upaspṛśyāpa utthāya varaṇakramamārabhet | pavitrapāṇiḥ saṃspṛśya pāṇī brāhmaṇayorvadet

Translation

浄めのために水をすすり、起ち上がったなら、作法にかなう順序で、儀礼を司る者たちを正式に招き敬うことを始めるべきである。儀式によって清められた手で、恭しく触れてから、二人のブラーフマナの手に向かって言葉を述べ、法会への参与を請うのである。
