विद्मा हि रुद्रियाणां शुष्ममुग्रं मरुतां शिमीवताम् । विष्णोरेषस्य मीळ्हुषाम् ॥

Transliteration

vidmá hí rudriyā́ṇāṃ śúṣmam ugrám marutā́ṃ śimī́-vatām | víṣṇor eṣásya mīḷhúṣām ||

Translation

われらはまことに、ルドラの諸力（Rudriyāṇām）の猛き威力を知り、駆り立てる勢いに満ちたマルトたち（Marut）の強さを知る。また、前へと進むヴィシュヌ（Viṣṇu）の衝動と、恵みを与える施与者たち（mīḷhuṣām）の徳とを知る。
