वर्धाद्यं यज्ञ उत सोम इन्द्रं वर्धाद्ब्रह्म गिर उक्था च मन्म । वर्धाहैनमुषसो यामन्नक्तोर्वर्धान्मासाः शरदो द्याव इन्द्रम् ॥
Transliteration
várdhād yáṃ yajñá utá sóma índraṃ várdhād bráhma gíra ukthā́ ca mánma | várdhāhá enam uṣáso yā́mann aktór várdhān mā́sāḥ śarádo dyā́va índram ||
Translation
祭祀は彼を増し、ソーマもまた彼を増す――インドラ。聖なる言（brahman）は彼を増し、霊感の歌、誦詠（uktha）、そして思念もまた彼を増す。曙（ウシャス）はその歩みにおいて彼を増し、夜もまた。月々は彼を増し、季節は、天は――インドラを。
