समिन्द्रो गा अजयत्सं हिरण्या समश्विया मघवा यो ह पूर्वीः । एभिर्नृभिर्नृतमो अस्य शाकै रायो विभक्ता सम्भरश्च वस्वः ॥
Transliteration
sám índro gā́ ajayat sáṃ híraṇyā sáṃ aśviyā́ maghávā yó ha pūrvī́ḥ | ébhir nṛ́bhir nṛ́tamo asya śākái rāyó vibhaktā́ sambháraś ca vásvaḥ ||
Translation
インドラ（Indra）は諸「光線」（gāḥ）をともに勝ち取り、黄金の充溢をともに勝ち取り、馬の力をともに勝ち取った――施与者なる彼は、古よりそうである。これらの人々とともに、己が力によって最も雄々しき者として、彼は富の分配者であり、また真なる存在の財（vasu）を集める者である。
