दैव्या होतारा प्रथमा न्यृञ्जे सप्त पृक्षासः स्वधया मदन्ति । ऋतं शंसन्त ऋतमित्त आहुरनु व्रतं व्रतपा दीध्यानाः ॥
Transliteration
daivyā́ hótārā prathamā́ ny-ṛ́ñje saptá pṛkṣā́saḥ svadháyā madanti | ṛtáṃ śáṃsanta ṛtám ít tá āhuḥ ánu vratáṃ vratapā́ dīdhyānāḥ ||
Translation
神なる二人のホータル（Hotar）はまず座に就き、七つの養いの力はスヴァダー（svadhā）により歓喜する。ṛta を讃え、ṛta のみを語る。誓いの法（vrata）を守る者（vratapa）として、誓願の道に沿い、思惟に燃え立つ。
